Federal Benefits Service: What We Offer

Federal Benefits Service (FBS) was created by Federal Employees Retirement Services (FERS), which provides educational training to Federal Employees, helping them to understand their federal benefits and how to avoid some of the significant problems that can arise in retirement. The United States government provides one of the best benefit packages, whose benefits are available to over 3 million federal employees across our nation. 

FBS is a resource and tool for the federal workforce to use in order to educate themselves about their benefits, keep up-to-date with current events taking place within the federal domain, as well granting access to trained and licensed advisors that are a call or click away. 

Our Federal News Bulletin is a free news source for all federal employees. If there is a raise on the horizon, or a policy change enacted, we will be the first to cover it. From weekly emails, to social media updates, we strive to keep you informed with no strings attached. Follow us on Facebook & LinkedIn.  

For members of FBS, we have financial professionals recommending your allocations in our TSP Market Watch. Receive direct recommendations and analysis from our team of advisors in order to secure your investment into retirement. 

We also offer online courses that will teach you about your benefits and a database of videos to help cover key concepts of retirement.  For a small $5 subscription, you can become a member today.
