Josh Cook is a journalist who writes informative articles for the Federal Benefits Service website. He has six years of experience as a content writer and editor, and received his bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in history from Oakland University.

“I love to write and am passionate about socio-political changes taking place in the United States. I feel good about writing articles for an honest and reliable company helping federal workers, and I work to create meaningful and engaging content that pertains to changes within the federal workforce. My goal is to inform federal employees so that they can live a better life in retirement,” Josh says.

Josh was born and raised in Clarkston, Michigan, where he currently resides with his wife. He is involved in his community as a volunteer reading aide specialist at Independence Elementary School, and he has also led free writing workshops at his local library. In his free time, Josh enjoys playing music, traveling, and writing.
