This webinar is intended to help federal employees understand multiple aspects of their career and retirement benefits, with three major segments in order to break information down:
First, we will be highlighting what it means to separate from service early and what it takes to retire within the eligibility requirements. Topics will include but not be limited to understanding the pension, maximization strategies for career employees, and important tips about how to benefit before and after retirement. Next, our head journalists will report and explain new laws and regulations impacting the Postal/Federal workforce and cover how these changes may affect your benefits. In the final segment, our lead investment analyst at Federal Benefits Service will dive into the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). This portion will cover the five core funds in detail as well as life cycle funds. Here you will learn essential information about your own investments and how our economy is impacting the movements of TSP funds.
